PPLSI has been a part of my life even before I actually joined as an associate. My sister and brother-in-law, Traci and Darnell Self, got started with PPLSI and shared the service and opportunity with our entire family. They didn’t have to do much convincing. It made complete sense, so I immediately got started.

At the time, I was doing a lot of traveling and didn’t give PPLSI my complete focus; however, my team continued to grow in spite of me. Not because of me, but all because of the systems in place that create duplication. I am proof that you can reach your goals with PPLSI if you simply don’t quit.

Prior to PPLSI, I was an HR representative at a mental health facility, working a lot of hours, six days a week. Today, this incredible opportunity and the system that Mr. and Mrs. Self have put in place allows me to work from home and be a full-time mother, aunt and daughter. I have the ability to be available for whatever my family might need me to do. I was blessed to help care for my grandfather on a daily basis when his health wasn’t 100%. My most precious, invaluable memory was having him know that he was featured with me in an issue of Success from Home magazine before he passed away. I also consider it priceless to be completely involved with my daughter Jordan’s teaching career. Thanks to PPLSI, she graduated college with no student loan debt. I am also able to volunteer as a classroom aide and donate supplies to support Jordan and her students when school funding has been depleted.

In addition to that, PPLSI has given me the opportunity to travel on several mission trips to Costa Rica and Puerto Rico with my niece and nephew and be invited to several markets as a featured guest speaker. While PPLSI has enabled me to purchase a new home, surprise my daughter with a new car and even earn my $50,000, $100,000 and $150,000 Rings as Co-Regional Director of Maryland, I work tirelessly to help my team and marketplace grow and develop new leaders, so they too can experience the same blessings I’ve been afforded.

My personal goals are to earn the $200,000 Ring and to become a Platinum Executive Director. I am so thankful for this opportunity and for my amazing team of superstars who have helped to make all of this possible!
